Zbar is a revolutionary new concrete reinforcing steel product that utilizes a patent pending dual-coating process. This process involves thermal bonding to a conventional reinforcing steel bar, a metallized zinc inner layer under a polymer outer layer. These dual layers serve as a redundant and powerful system against corrosion.

Zbar has been evaluated per ASTM A944, is readily available and can be substituted for any reinforcing steel product. Zbar consists of using A615 or A706 reinforcing steel bars combined with two powerful corrosion barriers, each with uniform thickness.
